Sweet gifts!

Last Nite in Kmart my bf picked out this mug for me -it was so sweet! He said it was because he knows I like daffodils! It was so sweet.
We picked up these little Japanese cookies at the restraunt we ate at. It has all japanese lanterns in there, and you can see the food being made. My bf always remembers his trip to Japan a few years ago, and says we should travel there some time!! That would be awesome : Kimmi Dolls and Hello Kitty!!! :-D

Porcelain Patch

My mum made a little porcelain figurine of my dog Patch, not long after I adopted him from the RSPCA. Thanks mum!
The pink frame at the side is one that I made, its got my nieces, nephew and Aunty in the pic. The round frame I got from ths awesome shop in Claremont which has lots of interesting home and craft things!! I call it the crazy shop!
The duck trinket box is something I have kept since childhood - I just love the birdie!
It's a display of love :-)

Cute Richmond Souvenirs!

On the Queens Birthday my bf Pat and I went on a romantic drive to Richmond, with Patchy the dog of course! These two gifts are from my romantic man! I cried with romance in this little town, it was a special day!
All the old style gift shops are full of adorable things, soaps, teddies, dolls, jewellary, cushions, and more!! Lavender is a strong theme! It smells so relaxing and gorgeous!
Notice the bumble bee at the top of the tea pot - the lady in the gift shop said the bumble bees are only found in Tasmania which is why it is a special souvenir!
I love Richmond!!!!!! The best scones ever are in Richmond too!! :-D

Cute!!!!

This is my special boy Patch welcoming Chocolate, my latest addition to the family!! Chocolate is a cute little brown teddy my bf gave me on our date at the weekend!
Patchy takes after his mummy too!! He loves a cuddle :-)

Pat the Pony!

This sweet unicorn is one of the most romantic gifts I have, my boyfriend won him for me at the Hobart show almost 3 years ago now! That day was an early date for us, we were still getting to know each other - when I look at Pat the pony, the memories stay fresh in my mind :-)
I tied the pink scarf around his neck. I used to wear the scarf myself all the time!! Bought it in Melbourne once!

My Little Ponies!

I love having my ponies on display on the shelf!! most of them are from my childhood! I am saving them for when I have a daughter of my own to pass them on to , but I like to see them rather than keep them in a box.

I have a boy pony! He is the blue one with bright red hair in the top photo. I have a blue unicorn with yellow hair, whos name is Dj, she used to dance back in the day! The white ubicorn in he bottom photo is named Bouquet, her tail gets longer and shorter!

Cabbage Patch fashion!

My daughters take after their mummy - Sophie is modelling the cute outfit my mum Anne knitted - it is a stripey hooded cardigan with heart buttons, and knitted warm black pants to match! Mum did a lovely job! Sophie is wearing booties that her Auntie Kate sent down all the way from Burnie xx
Claire is modelling her green sandals with matching bag and sun visor! Claire is enjoying the Winter weather by staying in her pjs and dressing gown to keep warm!
Fun fun fun in cabbage Patch land today!
Thank you everyone for the lovely comments on my daughters! :-)
The girls are comfy on my cane chair which recently had a makeover from an old bean bag cover!
